First Danish-owned and operated data center platform

Pioneering a new asset class at the intersection of real estate and low carbon energy

Denmark is a perfect launch-pad for Nordic Data Center champion

  • Denmark sources 75% of its power from green energy, targeting full independence from fossil fuels by 2030.
  • Underground HV transmission lines and interconnections with neighboring countries ensure one of Europe’s most reliable electricity grids.
  • District heating serves 64% of households, offering data centers the opportunity to reuse excess heat.
  • High geopolitical stability ensures a secure and predictable environment.

A real estate asset class that cannot be ignored: Data center construction activity is about to overtake the office sector.

“As Chairperson for the Danish Data Centre Industry Board, I experience first-hand the demand and necessity for a Danish platform. It’s no coincidence that all the Hyperscalers launched their Nordic strategy from Denmark: We have a unique market with geopolitical stability, access to green power, great fiber connectivity, low latency to Continental Europe – and importantly, we have a tradition for setting global standards.

During the last year, we have built the competencies for the leading DC platform in Denmark and established industry partnerships to deliver IT load ready for service in 12-18 months for large deployments.

In a world where data sovereignty is considered ‘critical infrastructure’, our platform provides a unique product with the highest security standards for Danish as well as international clients.”

Strengthening digital sovereignty and data security

Our platform combines Nordic stability, access to renewable energy, and a prime European location — making Denmark a trusted hub for global data needs.

We already have Data Centers from Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Apple in Denmark – but none of them are Danish-owned or Danish-operated. Our mission is to change that. Danish companies need data security under Danish control.

Danish ownership ensures that data remains under Danish and EU legislation, with no risk of access from foreign authorities. This provides full transparency in operations, stricter access control and the possibility of continuous oversight - resulting in a higher level of security overall.

Denmark’s political stability provides predictable regulatory conditions, low compliance risk and a high level of trust between authorities and businesses. For a data center, this translates into operational security and confidence that long-term investments will not be undermined by sudden policy changes.

Access to green Danish energy enables data centers to operate with a significantly lower CO₂ footprint from day one. Denmark has one of Europe’s most stable power grids with a high share of wind and solar energy, making it possible to deliver sustainable operations in practice - not just on paper.

Local ownership and operation ensure that data is governed exclusively under Danish and EU legislation. This prevents foreign authorities from claiming access through their national laws. It provides full legal control, transparency and accountability - which is the essence of true data sovereignty.
