Laksegade redevelopment - a new chapter

The redevelopment of Laksegade in partnership with a German pension fund is one the most high-profile real estate projects in the Nordics - surrounded by landmarks like Kongens Nytorv, Nyhavn, The Royal Theatre, Amalienborg and Christiansborg.

The neighborhood has been a closed off part of the city for more than 150 years. Now we are inviting the Copenhageners back.
