Gartnerhaven
Gartnerhaven is the first development project under the Build for Life fund, setting a new standard for high-quality housing and sustainable living. The project comprises 99 rental homes – a diverse mix of terraced houses and apartments – surrounded by a greenery, a community house and direct access to a 250,000 sqm green recreational park. Designed to bring together architecture, quality and livability, Gartnerhaven lays the foundation for lasting communities.
Expected completion: 2027

Søagerhusene
Søagerhusene in Smørum is the second project under the Build for Life Fund, transforming the former Søager School site into 107 sustainable, high-quality homes with a mix of terraced houses and apartments designed for modern family living. Built primarily in timber to reduce CO₂ emissions, the project reflects the fund’s commitment to responsible and forward-thinking housing. A key feature of the project is the preservation and adaptive reuse of the school’s former gymnastics hall, now forming the heart of the new community house.
Expected completion: Second half of 2026

Smedegården
Smedegården comprises over 12,000 m² and more than 150 homes of varying sizes, organized around a community house and a parking mobility house with an integrated rooftop with outdoor furniture and a football pitch. Located alongside a new green recreational area established by Ishøj Municipality, Smedegården is designed to enhance urban living, sustainability, and social connection.
Expected completion: Early 2028

Christianshave
Christianshave comprises approximately 16,300 m² with more than 190 homes in varying sizes, complemented by a mobility hub with parking, shared facilities, and green outdoor spaces designed to encourage community life and social interaction. Located in Glostrup, one of Greater Copenhagen’s key development areas, Christianshave benefits from strong infrastructure, public transport, and local amenities, making it an attractive setting for modern living.

Smedeland
Smedeland is a large-scale development project in the heart of a transformational area in Albertslund – a neigborhood that over the coming years will evolve into a modern and vibrant community surrounded by green areas and well-connected to public infrastructure. The project comprises nearly 200 apartments in varying sizes, along with underground parking facilities. Designed as a double courtyard structure, the project features two green inner courtyards, each with a community house offering shared facilities for the tenants.
Expected completion: Early 2028

Solhusene
Project Solhusene in Bagsværd marks our more than 20 years of work with urban development in the area, where a former industrial site has gradually been transformed into a residential neighborhood. This project completes the development of Bagsværd Bypark and will comprise 60 senior-friendly homes in the heart of Bagsværd, right next to the upcoming “Købmandens Plads” — a pedestrian area with inviting outdoor spaces.
