We're thrilled to announce our involvement in an initiative with a mission to make it easier to report on ESG in the real estate industry.

We've partnered up with industry actors such as AKF, Balder Danmark A/S, BUILD, Danica Pension, Danske Bank, REalkredit Danmark, DEAS A/S, Deloitte, Djøf, EjendomDanmark, Molio- Byggeriets Videnscenter, and Simiab, to develop the "Real ESG – The Real Estate Reporting Framework". This project introduces a free ESG reporting template designed to benefit everyone across the value chain, from property owners to developers.

Lars Thylander points out, "The green transition can only succeed if we all join hands. The real estate industry shares a collective responsibility to increase its sustainability initiatives, making it imperative for us to develop shared solutions that benefit the entire value chain".

This project holds great potential. For us, it's about empowering action through comparable reporting and fostering cooperation, ultimately improving sustainability practices in the industry.
