We have begun the construction of Kulturporten - a residential project featuring 90 residences, including two, three, four, and five-bedroom apartments, each with balconies oriented toward green areas. The complex will also house a residents' café and an underground parking facility. The residences surround Kulturøen and presents itself as a prominent urban building facing Frederiksborgvej and Stavnsholtsvej in Farum. On the corner of the building, a large two-story high gate opens towards the surroundings, and one can enter the courtyard and proceed to the Culture House through a brick-clad staircase and ramp.

It is expected to meet all the functional and quality standards set by furesø Municipality where one of the central purposes of the development project is to create more urban life in Farum.
