Former Goldman Sachs Vice President and Tech Entrepreneur Becomes Managing Partner & CEO at Thylander

We are proud and pleased to announce that Bjarke Mikkelsen has acquired an equity stake in Thylander and will take on the role of Managing Partner & CEO, succeeding Lars Thylander, who will once again assume the role of Chair of the Board.

Bjarke is 43 years old and has an impressive career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London, and as the founder of the e-commerce company Daraz in South and Southeast Asia, which he sold to Alibaba in 2018. Over the past five years, he has been based in Singapore, where he has established Daraz as one of the fastest-growing companies in Alibaba's global ecosystem.
