Thylander builds early momentum for T/IX-fund with first three investments across 42,000 sqm in Greater Copenhagen

Following its successful first close in March 2026, Thylander has completed the first three investments for T/IX - its newest flagship residential fund. The investments comprise 512 residential units across approximately 42,000 sqm.

The initial investments include two development projects in Albertslund and one residential asset in Søborg, supporting T/IX’s strategy of investing in residential properties across Greater Copenhagen - including both ground-up development projects and standing assets.

The two development projects in Albertslund, Malervangen 1 and Malervangen 5-11, are expected to comprise a total of 470 residential units across approximately 37,900 sqm. Both projects form part of the emerging Hersted district in Albertslund and will contribute to the development of a new residential area focused on modern housing, community and green surroundings.

The property acquired in Søborg comprises 42 residential units across 4,099 sqm. The property benefits from an attractive and supply-constrained location with limited land availability and low levels of new development, while its proximity to central Copenhagen and appeal to higher-income tenant groups make it a strong addition to the fund’s portfolio.
