THYLANDER BUYS PROPERTY NEAR MAJOR TRAFFIC NODE

Thylander has purchased yet another property for the newly established Thylander Property Fund. This is a well-located commercial property near Ny Ellebjerg Station.

The total floor area of ​​the property, located at Trekronergade 147-149 in Valby, just west of Copenhagen, is 9,465 sqm and is divided between 24 tenants, including the organic bakery chain Emmery’s, Iron & Ink Tatoo Studios and the strategy agency IS IT A BIRD.

“This is a sought-after property in an extremely attractive location, which is only expected to improve. Thylander Property Fund was established a few months ago in collaboration between Thylander and a number of selected, private investors. The fund, which is a so-called evergreen fund without a predefined end date, intends to build a solid real estate portfolio in the Capital Region, which can provide investors with a stable long-term return. The fund will annually open for deposits from new investors.

The property on Trekronergade is the third so far in Thylander Property Fund, after earlier this year having bought well-located properties on Strandlodsvej, Amager and Sankt Kjelds Plads, Østerbro.
