Thylander acquires portfolio with 281 residential flats

Thylander has – on behalf of a residential property fund – acquired a portfolio of 6 properties comprising 281 units and 17,500 sqm of rental space, primarily located in the city of Kolding in Jutland.

The fund was established in 2017 by Thylander in collaboration with leading Danish Pension Funds; PFA and Industriens Pension.

The fund’s strategy is, based on an in depth analysis of demographics and other conditions, to identify and build a stable portfolio of residential properties in Danish cities with growth and value potential.

The transactions are the latest in a number of transactions completed during the past year and brings the total portfolio to around 1,000 residential units.

Kristian Krogh, CEO and Managing Partner of Thylander says: “With this acquisition we have further strengthened our portfolio and presence in an attractive area with high growth and with a significant demand for high quality accommodation.”
