In collaboration with a Danish institutional investor, Thylander will be responsible for the development and management of the property Otto Mønstedsgade 3-5 in Copenhagen.

Built in 1916, the property is a classic and well-kept, high-quality office building located in the attractive area between the Glyptotek, the Police Headquarters and the waterfront. The property has a total area of ​​approx. 3,500 sqm – hosting offices for a number of foundations and associations.

The property is being sold by Bikubenfonden, which so far continues as one of the tenants. The takeover will take place on October 1, 2020.
