THYLANDER PROPERTY FUND

Thylander Property Fund was established in 2021 in collaboration between Thylander and a number of private investors. The fund aims to create a stable long-term return and is established as an evergreen fund without a predefined end date, but with trading windows and exit opportunities along the way.

Thylander Property Fund has a primary focus on well-located properties in the Copenhagen area with value and development potential as well as individual properties in growth cities outside Copenhagen. The fund will build a mixed portfolio of properties with the main emphasis on housing (min. 40 %, max. 80 %) and offices (min. 20 %, max. 50 %). Whereas other segments such as retail will make up for only a modest share.

The investment strategy is the same as the basis for the TG Partner’s funds, which for more than 10 years have continuously given our investors an attractive return. The strategy in Thylander Property Fund can be categorized as Core + / Value Add and with an opportunity-driven approach.

Thylander’s well-documented ability to identify and execute attractive real estate investments in a competitive market provides – combined with a full-service organization with competent, experienced and dedicated employees – a unique basis for continuing to generate attractive returns.

An investment in the fund will mean co-ownership of a property portfolio with great value security and ongoing value addition.
