TG Partners IV consisted of 11 investors who in 2014 bought four well-located properties in the centre of Copenhagen and on Østerbro. The fund’s portfolio was sold in 2016. The total equity commitment was approx. DKK 144m, and the fund made investments amounting to approx. DKK 400m.

Thylander Property Fund

Thylander Property Fund was established in 2021 in collaboration between Thylander and a number of private investors. The fund aims to create a stable long-term return and is established as an evergreen fund without a predefined end date, but with trading windows and exit opportunities along the way.

Danske Boligejendomme was established in February 2017.  The leading Danish Pension Funds PFA and Industriens Pension have in collaboration with Thylander Gruppen invested DKK 1bn. in residential properties in growth cities outside the Metropolitan area and Aarhus.

In 2016, Thylander acquired - in collaboration with 3 institutional investors - a 69,892 sqm. property portfolio from the Carlsberg Foundation. 6 properties located in Frederiksberg, on Islands Brygge, in Søborg and Hellerup.

In 2014 four properties with a total floor area of approx. 88,000 sqm. were purchased. The properties are well situated close to Copenhagen Airport. All the properties have direct access to the Metro. The properties were divested in 2022.

In the fall of 2013 we purchased the Absalon portfolio encompassing 13 properties with a total of 36,000 sqm. in central Copenhagen. The purchase was made in partnership with leading Pension Fund, PFA.

TG Partners VI was established in December 2017. The fund consists of 29 investors and the property portfolio so far includes 11 well-located properties in the Copenhagen area, two of which are owned in partnership with external investors.

In 2012, the fund TG Partners III was established with the purchase of 26 properties in Copenhagen and major provincial towns for a total of DKK 1.275 billion. and a total floor area of just over 110,000 sqm. The fund was sold in 2018.

TG Partners II was established towards the end of 2011, and in 2012-2013 the fund made investments for a total of DKK 420m in seven well-situated properties in Copenhagen, Islands Brygge and Frederiksberg.
