TG Partners III A/S was established in 2012. The fund purchased 26 properties with a total floor area of approx. 110,000 sqm. for DKK. 1,275m. The portfolio consisted of well-situated properties with a large development potential located in Copenhagen and larger Danish provincial towns. Many of the residences was divested as owner-occupied flats with continuous exit. In addition, there was a potential within the portfolio for a significant rent increase. This was exploited through active management, including ongoing renovation of the flats, increasing the quality and rent levels. The fund was sold in 2018.

Thylander Property Fund was established in 2021 in collaboration between Thylander and a number of private investors. The fund aims to create a stable long-term return and is established as an evergreen fund without a predefined end date, but with trading windows and exit opportunities along the way.

In 2016, Thylander acquired - in collaboration with 3 institutional investors - a 69,892 sqm. property portfolio from the Carlsberg Foundation. 6 properties located in Frederiksberg, on Islands Brygge, in Søborg and Hellerup.

In 2014 four properties with a total floor area of approx. 88,000 sqm. were purchased. The properties are well situated close to Copenhagen Airport. All the properties have direct access to the Metro. The properties were divested in 2022.

In the fall of 2013 we purchased the Absalon portfolio encompassing 13 properties with a total of 36,000 sqm. in central Copenhagen. The purchase was made in partnership with leading Pension Fund, PFA.

TG Partners VI was established in December 2017. The fund consists of 29 investors and the property portfolio so far includes 11 well-located properties in the Copenhagen area, two of which are owned in partnership with external investors.
