Danske Boligejendomme was established in February 2017.  The leading Danish Pension Funds PFA and Industriens Pension have in collaboration with Thylander Gruppen invested DKK 1bn. in residential properties in growth cities outside the Metropolitan area and Aarhus.

The fund’s strategy is, based on an in depth analysis of demographics and other conditions, to identify and build a stable portfolio of residential properties in larger Danish cities with growth and value potential.

With the latest transaction of a property in Roskilde comprising 33 units and 2,600 sqm of rental space, the total portfolio is close to 1,000 residential units.
