The property enjoys a unique location on the tip of a pier amid the new bridges in the inner harbor of Copenhagen.
The Michelin starred Restaurant “108” occupies the ground floor of the property and the upper floors are occupied by a public tenant for office use.
“We are very pleased acquiring this significant property, which with the new bridge connections is situated in a fantastic revitalized environment in the middle of the charming and historic harbor area and Nyhavn, Christianshavn and Holmen,” says Kristian Krogh, CEO of Thylander and continues: “The investment fits perfectly into our strategy to make investments in properties with potential and lasting value.”
The acquisition was completed as an off market via the extensive network of Thylander.
Kristian Krogh adds: “The acquisition marks the last investment in this fund, and we are now starting to invite our clients to participate as investors in the successor TG Partners VII, which will have largely the same strategy and focus.”
