Lindevangshusene 2-48, Taastrup

The property Lindevangshusene 2-48 in Taastrup, just west of Copenhagen, was bought in 2019 as part of the fund TG Partners VI. Our active management continuously upgrades the property with the consequent improvement of the turnover and profit as well as a general update of energy saving efforts. TG Partners VI consists of 11 properties. The fund is still active but fully invested and was established in 2018.
