case: Total renovation of outdated residential rental property

The old and outdated residential rental property, called Onsgaarden, with shops on the ground floor and workshop and garage in the backyard, was bought as part of the fund TG Partners I in 2010 for DKK 230m. We completely renovated facades and climate screens, changed single-layer windows to double-glazed windows, modernized and re-let vacant tenancies, notified store tenants and changed the retail tenant mix, increasing rental income by 34 % during the first two years of ownership. The property was sold in 2016, where Pension Funds DIP and JØP bought the entire TG Partners I portfolio.
