The property Nørregade 18 was offered by FS Ejendomme (Financial Stability) for DKK 38m and was acquired in April 2014, as part of the Thylander fund TG Partners IV, for DKK 29m. The property’s 1,617 sqm was distributed with a shop in a high basement, office from parterre and up to the 3rd floor as well as an outdated apartment on the 4th floor. Despite the good location and maintenance condition, the property had some challenges in terms of re-letting risk and vacant areas as well as a possible termination by the main tenant. The property, along with the rest of the portfolio in TG Partners IV, was sold two years later in 2016.
