During 2019, the dilapidated restaurant property at Lyngby Hovedgade 78 in Lyngby, just north of Copenhagen, was completely rebuilt, modernized and converted for use in four new restaurant concepts, including Cocks & Cows and Chicks by Chicks, the latter owned by the Finnish listed leisure group NoHo Partners PLC. The retail leases were leased on 30-year agreements. The property also consists of a hotel section that has been updated with the possibility of conversion to youth housing. Lyngby Hovedgade 78 is still part of the active fund TG Partners VI.
