The property was purchased in 2017 as a Club Deal with four other investors under the name “Esplanadens Ejendomsselskab”. Our active management has consisted of converting 7,500 sqm of outdated office spaces into high-end retail and high-end office spaces as well as luxury apartments. At the same time, we recalculated cost-determined rent and notified existing commercial tenants. The property remains in the portfolio as the strategy is a long-term ownership.
